The whole point of a break is to BREAK UP the working a day and give you a rest period which is even more important if you are on driving duties
for safety reasons .
If its shitty that is down to your fellow workers leaving it that way .
honestly if you cannot sit in a van for a 20 minute break without it making you mentally and physically tired you need to get another job .
