You ever heard of Hearsay evidence and how courts interpret such evidence?
Hardly bad legal advice. It is irrelevant without something more to back it up

Hearsay is inadmissible, meaning that it is not permitted to go before a jury or magistrates at a trial as evidence to prove a matter, either for the prosecution or the defence
Hearsay is when you give evidence that you have been told by a third party that something is happening. If you testify that you have actually seen it happening first hand then your evidence is not hearsay.

No, if you see people opening letters at a frame then you have a contractual obligation to report the event to a manager. It will then be for that manager to investigate any issues. You might just be a shite stirer out to cause trouble for another employee with a malicious allegation
You sound like someone who wants to be legally qualified but definitely ain’t.

You know a little about a lot and a lot about a little. The term barrack room lawyers springs to mind.

Imagine being the face of the dismantling and destruction of Royal Mail? £750,000 pieces of silver wouldn’t be enough to ease my conscience.

This is the problem with people acting like pack animals when anybody has a different opinion to try and close that debate down. Nothing more than stalinist purges. This is why people can no longer relate to trade unions nationally with die hard marxists from the last century mentality running the show. Suppose it keeps the political officers in a job though?
What on earth are you on about? There's no purging, you're here still posting. Stalinist purges, for goodness sake, it's RM chat forum. The only problem union's have is with billionaire owned Tory newspapers convincing the very people, who'd actually benefit from union membership and support, that they're a Marxist movement trying to overthrow the government. Union members are just everyday people trying to get a square deal. The lack of union involvement, in this society over the last 4 decades, couldn't be clearer. Put the Daily Express down and step away.
