So we could'nt break them at xmas an maybe at least wait another 4 to 6 weeks before we strike again so most of us have lost between 13 to 16 days pay for what??.
So we've lost 3 weeks pay, plus S/A, O/T, allowances, etc.will potentially lose half a day's A/L for every 5 strike days and a percentage of our bonus.
Got in debt, stressed to hell.
The board have made us, and the union in particular look 24 karat mugs, they've given us a stick to beat ourselves with.

Thats whay im saying too so 13 to 16 days on strike an no movement an im sure ea will be just pushed through in jan feb so what do we do next personnaly will not give in but what else is there left to do.
I don't think this is going away they can get an agreement or have this all again next year while the other competitors invest and gain capacity against Royal Mail. Thing is these other business will invest in staff an recruitment while Royal Mail will get pizza boys to deliver their stuff you can see what will happen Royal Mail zero staff next year.
As I have said before and before, whatever does NOT get agreed / implemented by EA or otherwise will only be on the back burner until the next pay negotiations come round - 18 months if the current proposal goes ahead. It's gonna happen - and if Thompson has gone, the next CEO will do it.
More and more are seeing this now and doing the sensible thing.....
