You what! You have essentially been providing a 5 day service by purposefully understaffing Royal Mail for 17months+. You still charge people the same for 1st class post, but often it takes 2 or 3 days to arrive, same with 2nd class mail arriving late....

You don't represent the customer at all - you represent lining your pockets whilst mugging off customers.

Well, what is your side of this story - how many redundancies are you threatening? Please explain how many people you plan to get rid of and in what timeframe.

Proposed reforms include Royal Mail’s parcel arm switching to hundreds of freelance “owner-driver” postal workers. Until recently, only a quarter of Parcelforce drivers could be self-employed, but the changes will mean this can be lifted to 100pc, for instance.

So sounds like all parcel force workers will be gone and replaced with owner drivers.

We know X amount of people are apparently getting VR.

Customer collection points are going?

Mail centres in the North West are going.
