So now we've broken RM with the money spent on the great machine we're stood under,
this is a reminder of the old days when we MADE money.

Sorry. Does that tickle POSTMAN?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

As you can see our hi-viz vests are brand new and don't fit we only wear them when there's someone with a camera.
But notice they glow in the dark so you can work in the dark too.

And this Simon is our new electronic blackboard/teleprompter-when we can figure out how to work it-there will be no more shadows so the CWU won't be able to mug you off ever again!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I'm quite interested to know why would anyone want to become a Manager? Is it because they've had a go at being a Postie and found it too hard? I know rumour has it that most Managerss are Failed Posties .... but how the hell can you fail at being a Postie? It's not rocket science.

So I suppose that means they've tried being a Postie (which I find quite easy to do, if getting harder physically) and they just don't like the hard work? :hmmmm

Ipso facto Managers ARE in fact Lazy Bastards! :thumbup Looks like I've answered my own question there. And TBH most Managers I've met are Lazy Bastards (I thought it was just a coincidence). :cuppa

I can’t imagine going to work and having to agree and grovel to the next line of managers above. And then spout a load of bollocks knowing it to be just that.
They’re welcome to it👍

In that 1st photo, is there no rules against sticking a bit of cardboard inside a york to improvise a red sleeved york? My backs in bits after bending to empty them at sorting. We get quite a few every day. :arrrghhh
