Royal Mail has an obligation, that they took on, to deliver mail. Not packets.

Doesn't Royal Mail also have a USO obligation to deliver parcels five days a week, Monday to Friday?

They may have, and that is their responsibility, it's their obligation.

Takes all sorts I suppose I've 2 daughters they have already be told they won't get as much presents as last year but they won't starve and we will all be together which is what counts.If I'm struggling then so does my family they know what I/we are going through and they support it 100%.
