I thought the new procedure was going to be - if you can't deliver a Tracked item you don't card it, you take it out again the next day.
Like LAT's you use a different card, saying we have been. Else some customers will argue delivery was never attempted.
I'm turning purple!

I haven’t written a card out for a tracked parcel for over two years. Multiple walks. No complaints.
Are you saying you get rid of every tracked item, or you are just too lazy to leave a P739?
How does the customer collect the item from the CSP without a red card?
Yep, I’m too lazy to write out twenty plus cards a day because customers can’t use the app/website. & in what world do you need a card to get your parcel from the CSP? Postcode/address/tracking number & ID is all i’ve ever needed. Any other questions, hero?
Yes, how many parcels get rts because the customer doesn’t even know they’ve got a packet?
If you don’t want to do the job why don’t you leave?
Loser.
They’re called “tracked” for a reason. If you don’t know you’ve got one coming or one’s gone back to the depot it can’t be that important to you. Gone are the days of going above & beyond. I get paid whether you get your parcel or not.

Filling out a p739 isn't going above and beyond. The P739s have the info the customers need to collect their item, including what times the CSPs are open at

They have changed the opening times so often that ours no longer have any times on them, but it points you towards the website where you might find the correct information.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
