Heard that any EVR won't be anywhere close to the 2 years salary that OPG's used to get, will be a lot less. Depends how desperate you are to get out of this new and improved RM

Heres what you will get.

https://www.gov.uk/calculate-your-redundancy-pay
That's the minimum paid for compulsory redundancy, if rm want staff to take VR they'll have to offer at least 1 week per year of service.

Oddley enough he may have point, in our briefing this morning it was made clear any EVR/redundancies wouldnt come near what's been known in the past

Several people at our office I know
When they feel it’s time too retire they go sick 6 months full
6 months half,then RM offer I’ll health retirement £19.000
I know of about 5 what’s done it👍
That’s the way to go, get the quack to sign you off with stress/depression :thumbup
Yes sit on your arse for the rest of their lifes getting fat and lazy expecting everyone else to pay for it. Terrific. Fake an illness put more strain on the NHS. Do you think that's why Doctors ( quacks ? )exist?
