If RM is broke like the doms tell us would they have the appetite to to take the union to court to get another strike diverted?

The CWU could just have all reps out on strike for an hour each month to keep the ballot live

Royal Mail always find money for court action against the union every time the word strike comes up

it would cost r/m money to do that and i dont think they would get an order to stop it this time ,and if you remember the last one was stopped due to the cwu having an unlawful ballot as we all know was s**t and it was because of the general election .

Royal Mail would not hesitate to pay money to take the CWU to Court.
Think about it. The cost of mounting a legal challenge is tiny vs allowing a strike to go ahead and lose millions in revenue, potentially permanently, from a loss of customers

This is why we have to keep the ballot live, by any means necessary. They haven’t yet challenged the authenticity of this second successful ballot. We need to keep it in our armoury
