i think it expires at the start of September , but to be honest do you think we would hit the 50% in another ballot ? for a strike.

If RM is broke like the doms tell us would they have the appetite to to take the union to court to get another strike diverted?

Royal Mail would not hesitate to pay money to take the CWU to Court.
Think about it. The cost of mounting a legal challenge is tiny vs allowing a strike to go ahead and lose millions in revenue, potentially permanently, from a loss of customers
This is why we have to keep the ballot live, by any means necessary. They haven’t yet challenged the authenticity of this second successful ballot. We need to keep it in our armoury
