injury while working
can u help after a very hard css duty I had shooting pains down my leg after visiting docs im waiting to see if Achilles tendon ruptured does this class as accident or just a personnel issue thank you

I was lifting my trolley out of my van to do my duty, I held it with both hands and lifted the trolley out. I slipped a disc in my back doing this, was this my fault it was an accident or an incident. The manager still has not reported it.

Take the matter up with your CWU unit/workplace health and safety rep and if you do not have one in situ then take it up with your CWU Area Health & Safety Representative.
