The way forward is announce a one week all out, bring the company to its knees. They might then start to realise they are nothing without a happy workforce.

The company have managed to bring themselves to their knees with these revisions. I know every office is different but ours is in a worse state than after the Xmas strikes. We go into work everyday and watch them sink themselves abit more and we are losing no pay. Never seen anything like it, madness on a grand scale.

i remember when the branch came to our office, area reps and div reps to sell us the ''deal of the century'' in 2010. just about everyone in our office told them it was shite and they can tell the pec to shove it up their arse. i asked the div rep ''what if its not voted in? D.O. staff outnumber mail centres and distribution by at least 2 to 1. most D.O.s wont vote for that crap''?...his answer...it ''WILL'' be voted in, i can guarantee it''.... the rest is history. you are 100% correct woody in my opinion. if its recommended by Ward & Co it WILL be voted in.

7% backdated making a total of 9% no more before 1/4/24.
Allowances bought out, 2 years worth spread out over the next 2 years.
No more than 30mins later start for existing staff, newbies hours will be different.
Sunday working, volunteers and newbies only.
Sick leave procedures toughened up.
