This forum has shown over more than 15 years and multiple deals that even if posters are being genuine it doesn't represent the views of the majority of the membership.

Every poll we've run before a vote on every deal has been way off the mark.

The only remote possibility of a PEC endorsed deal being defeated is if some of the major branches especially in London step out of line.

Otherwise it's a slam dunk no matter what anyone on here thinks of it.

The way forward is announce a one week all out, bring the company to its knees. They might then start to realise they are nothing without a happy workforce.
The company have managed to bring themselves to their knees with these revisions. I know every office is different but ours is in a worse state than after the Xmas strikes. We go into work everyday and watch them sink themselves abit more and we are losing no pay. Never seen anything like it, madness on a grand scale.

i remember when the branch came to our office, area reps and div reps to sell us the ''deal of the century'' in 2010. just about everyone in our office told them it was shite and they can tell the pec to shove it up their arse. i asked the div rep ''what if its not voted in? D.O. staff outnumber mail centres and distribution by at least 2 to 1. most D.O.s wont vote for that crap''?...his answer...it ''WILL'' be voted in, i can guarantee it''.... the rest is history. you are 100% correct woody in my opinion. if its recommended by Ward & Co it WILL be voted in.

Times nearly up RM and CWU.

Just 24 hours left until midnight on Sunday 12th March.

So we find out the deal soon enough :cuppa

It had better be a good one for all of us :dance

Well this right wing posturing has been going on for a while and the fact is the BBC is not now independent £800K bung to BORIS JOHNSON and the chairman will have it stopped. IF they can fire a football pundit for a post on his own social media account and keep that prat of a chairman of the BBC Something is wrong! Get rid of the useless cocks at the top and that is my position on this!

7% backdated making a total of 9% no more before 1/4/24.
Allowances bought out, 2 years worth spread out over the next 2 years.
No more than 30mins later start for existing staff, newbies hours will be different.
Sunday working, volunteers and newbies only.
Sick leave procedures toughened up.
No compulsory redundancies agreement for at least 3 years but no agreement with the union on VR terms, no need, it's up to individuals to take or leave what the company might offer them.
A few other gimmicks, such as profit related payments or share awards.

Max 8.30am starts.

Some allowances bought out.

No commit to deliver.

Sick Pay Policy to change slightly.
