been told that the 1 to 1 will include being asked id take redundency so for that reason il attend one even if the union say not to.

When they are going through a proper redundency effort if it's a large office with over 20 people they are supposed to consult with your union rep who will do a collective redundency. p it's a legal requirement.
If it's under 20 then they are supposed to consult with the person who's job might be going, the fact is these arsewipes are pretending to consult people on the changes in the business and the pay deal and then casually slipping in the `how do you feel about redundency` when most of them know that their offices is vastly understaffed and that any Vr's./redundency is a right load of f***ing bullshit.
