One would assume the deduction will cease on next week’s payroll.
They couldn’t stop it this week because that would pre-suppose the bid would succeed.

so... the final numbers for me (bare in mind I never took up the full £100/month allocation to start with)

Partnership Shares 1470
Matching Shares 150
Total Shares 1620

Gross Deductions from pay £4,313.90
Net pay cost £2,983.58 (Net average price per share £1.84)


Dividends received to date £329.63
Agreed Special Dividend £129.60
Agreed Sale of Shares £5,832
Benefit of share ownership £6,291.23

Profit on taking part in scheme £3,307.65
Scheme started in Sept 2018 so there's 6.5 years of inflation to contend with but overall I think I (and most people in this scheme) did alright.
