Re: My Performance app
Apparently COMING SOON to the My Performance crAPP, is a section on customer feedback.
’You can't just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they'll want something new.’

I haven't got time to piss around with that nonsense. I just carry on regardless.

Your Purple Colour suggests you haven't got to put up with it anyway Wullie, or do I misunderstand?

Re: My Performance app
The section is Net Performance Score and it's a bit like Trustpilot, so RMs only 10 years behind the competition as usual!
I imagine it'll be along the lines of the system used by Evri where they invite you to comment on the standard of your delivery, and courier.
This will all add up in Brownie Points .... and what do points make? .... Points make prizes!
Although at the moment they're not going to give you any prizes. They've bought the Big Sticks but they haven't bought any carrots yet .... obviously due to the increased operating costs of all this BS!

Love that explanation, sounds about right, I'd imagine they've procured plenty of the big sticksDorset Plodder wrote: ↑04 Mar 2024, 22:12The section is Net Performance Score and it's a bit like Trustpilot, so RMs only 10 years behind the competition as usual!![]()

Re: My Performance app
I got told on week 2 of "my performance" that my driving was being flagged up for idling and speeding and that I'd need to "redo the changeover" if it continued. When I pointed out that I had been the walker for the entire 2 weeks they just told me to "just ignore it then."

Re: My Performance app
First time delivering should not be on it. We don’t really have control over that

Re: My Performance app
Mine seems accurate for the first-time delivery metric — when I compare it to my own screenshots of my daily itinerary the numbers tally up. Manager said in WTLL that Specials that you can’t deliver because no one is home don’t affect the first-time delivery rate shown in My Performance but all other tracked items do. Not too sure about the driving metrics and how accurate they are though — mine says 100% for each, which cannot be right!
