Late arrival of the wave 2 lorry?

Yeah, we have had a few instances of waves being delivered to the wrong offices and having mail therefore arriving late.

Probably agency drivers, we had a lot of agency drivers during Xmas pressure

Think the union should be pushing Royal Mail for every office to receive this mythical bonus . Seems totally unfair to me that some get it and some don’t when in most offices this was completely un achievable and out of our control.

£0. Unachievable duties for years now. We also received 1 casual two weeks before Christmas and lost 5 people this year that were never replaced. And they wonder why zero f***s are now given.

In my opinion mail centres have claimed and scanned to say stuff has left the building to meet their own targets but in reality it’s never even left the site. Then we fail because it’s not been given a ready for delivery scan

Few DO's in our area got there's not sure on how many times they got there targets, however the MC didnt get it as one or two DO's failed to meet target every week.

Even before this started the union rep said you havent a chance of getting it, Glad some of you posties were able to get it.

Rumours are our DO and some of the other DOs in the area have hit the £250, but since RMs figures before, during and after IA have been made up, I'm sure these figures were to. But if they want to keep telling porkies and in so doing I get £250, so be it

Nope. Failed every week. Didn't even clear on Sat 23rd when we were told to only deliver previous days mail. Office hasn't been clear since xmas eve 2021!
