I think sometimes Redundancies just help some people to make that final decision. :hmmmm

A lot of us like to play it safe (myself included) and are not the kind that flit from job, to job, every six months. With Royal Mail that decision used to be a lot harder, due to a lot of staff with 20-30 years service. :cool

Although that Redundancy Package isn't going to be enough to enable you to spend the rest of your life sunning yourself on a breach, it might be enough to make a lot of people take that final decision. :cuppa
