Just saw a post on workplace which only adds to my frustration. Why are they claiming this is to help keep customers, where as when it comes to peak they just allow York's and York's of parcels to stack up with no managers in sight to help?

That just proves to me they just wanna smash us

Couriers to collect mail from post offices according to a member of staff at the one I was in earlier. They were told yesterday by a message on their computers.

It was definitely collecting mail, they showed me the message as they'd printed it out. This could be the thin end of the wedge for owner/drivers in deliveries/collections.

Someone just posted in Blue shirts, their collections had been collected when they arrived at their collection points, this isn't good at at all.

To me this shows Royal Mail have no intention of backing down or even negotiating during this dispute. They can collect all the mail they want though, they are never going to get the vast majority of it delivered.

Wonder if RM are trying to move away completely from the use of stamps over to pre-paid labels

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Is that all they did? Blimey, if they can do all that in one shift RM won't need any of us.

I would like to make a point to everyone in this post.

There’s been claims this is a terrible posting trying to hurt people.

It clearly isn’t.

If that’s the case. Anyone could be upset with the posts about picket line strength. People wearing Simon’s face. People damaging our business.

Can’t have your cake and eat it.
