Still wouldn’t trust them.They imposed a 2% pay rise over the unions head so what’s to stop them imposing different t’s and c’s .

It was a brief put out to managers, I believe there are plenty of official versions of it around now without my spelling mistakes!!!!

Well you have your answer the OP they the ROYAL MAIL your employer and mine don't want to talk to the union anymore and will impose things upon us all whether we like it or not. This whole thing was never about pay it is about your rights and how you can exercise them democratically and say I need a say in how I am treated at work? But today crazy Kwasi Kwarteng the chancellor told the working people we would have a vote put to us by employers' if we voted for strike action regarding pay but what if this was about terms and conditions? If these clowns get in again we will not have the right to vote in this nation in elections that is their plan of serfdom for us all!
