1, They will just flood offices with agency
2, Its a lot easier for a fellow worker to just ignore a work to rule than it is to cross a picket line especially when they see agency staff getting mountains of overtime & the measure having no effect at all.
This is going to be a long battle we have to get the balance right between striking & keeping members finances afloat to keep their hearts in the battle.
Think next one could be a 4 day one over 2 weeks Fri/Sat one week then Mon/Tue the next.
Then look to do it again or similar over the black friday cyber monday weeks.
With CWU making clear they intend to ramp it up over xmas & new year if no agreement made.
