We are a proud diverse company, but we are not made up of 97% women, posties of black ethnicity or Asian workers as every Courier or promotional video suggests.

I stopped watching it after 10 seconds - usual PR rubbish and the camera was going all over the place

Have a postie hobbling down the road looking exhausted in his/her own clothes because he/she can't get any uniform while it pisses down with rain. Then he/she should go to a knackered out and battered van where he/she tries to start it but can't because it's as knackered and worn out. Then have them open the back door to see it full to the brim with parcels and mail bags and have them break down and start crying because of the utter disgrace this company has now become!

Think your missing the point the corporations are obsessed with woke it doesn't actually help when reality is different.

i don't feel represented in this advert not because the actors but because :

1) the postie didnt get to work and only find out their day off next week on the thursday before
2) they didnt get moved off duty onto a duty with 3 days mail and someone uve never worked with before
3) they dont deal with their own colleagues going for cigarette breaks whilst ur still prepping and bagging frame
4) no decision between carrying a bag thats probably too heavy or using a trolly that will mean less gets done and the managers in your ear
5) no worn out uniform worn out vans or worn out postman

it scares me that people like the CEO see this advert and think thats what the average postie is like

It looked like a new breed recruitment drive to me, to enable them to specifically replace their existing cost ineffective workforce.

Well if the changes do come in, they will be having to produce these adverts on a regular basis to replace the thousands who will be leaving the business.
And those new starters who will realise how shite the job is on minimum wages no sick pay/no uniform /crap vans/ duties that are unachievable/ banking hours / working sundays on flat rate/ delivering in the dark / and leave within a month.
