Looked at my payslip today and had 7 hours deducted for Arrears of Unpaid Absence.
My contract is 32 hours a week which makes 6 hours 24 mins a day.
So why 7 hours deducted for one days strike?

You get deducted what your duty time was on the day of the strike

This makes no sense getting deducted for the Thursday when It fell on my rest day.. is that right?
