Quick question .

Wife used to do payroll, on a normal week we
Get paid at 12.62 odd an hour but when we have been charged for the strike day off they are charging 7.55 hours @ 14.02 odd. Why is it more than we have got in the first place

Allowances are taken off aswell.

I'm getting paid £12 an hour but been charged £12.72ph for strike days

I guess my delivery supplement divided by the number of days off is taken away as its within a penny
