I've never worked anywhere, and I've only been a postie for 5 years with 23 years of other jobs behind me, where the front line staff are treated like the enemy and sub-human scum. I've worked at some other big places, including one every bit as much nationally recognised, and always been treated better, FAR better in fact, than we are here. It's insane to me the complete disgregard and open contempt the management has for the workforce.

With that insulting pay rise of 2% with strings for a further 1.5 % it’s no wonder the workforce is up in arms .They can’t see us as an asset just a hinderance to the big shareholders . Shouldn’t we be treated with a lot more respect for the work we do. They can’t get rich without us.
