I agree AD Always makes me laugh when you see people queuing at Airports complaining that the Striking Aircrews Always Strike during the Holiday periods and it's spoiling their Holiday. Why can't they Strike some other time?

We'd be better off with a fair pay rise. So if you care for us and worry that we need to be better off, out the goodness of your heart - give us a fair deal.

I've never worked anywhere, and I've only been a postie for 5 years with 23 years of other jobs behind me, where the front line staff are treated like the enemy and sub-human scum. I've worked at some other big places, including one every bit as much nationally recognised, and always been treated better, FAR better in fact, than we are here. It's insane to me the complete disgregard and open contempt the management has for the workforce.
