There’s no way he will be staying in the job long term and he knows it which is why he’s just trolling us. Definitely not something I agree with. Personally if he entered my DO I wouldn’t engage with him in anyway. I’ve always found the best method of dealing with bullies is by ignoring them.

actually today, even the dom/com or whatever said most of his lot think Si's a bellend, has no clue what he's on about or dealing with, and reckons he'll be on his way very soon. and thats when progress will be made in the talks/payrise etc. no progress will be made until that happens cos he isn't budging. we'll see. until then i will take that with the proverbial ''pinch of salt''.
