I agree there should be new talks though, urgently. Unfortunately it's RM who are refusing, not the Union.

£730 million profit was not earned by Simon but all of you while he was f***ing up test and trace for £37 billion of taxpayers money, we were earning and working while people were suffering yet he has little recollection of the facts just like the PM!

RM says it's Union who won't talk, Union says it's RM who won't talk, fps stop being so childish & sort something out.

It's all or nothing, and completely agree with extending the strike days longer. Most of the workforce are up for 4 or even 5 day strikes consecutively.

I personally don't think these one day strikes will do any impact if it continues. Not sure what it's like in all the offices up and down the country but most of our office is nearly clear but this is with overtime, hiring agency staff to clear the back log.

What gets my goat is they keep on saying to the union and us, we don't have enough money, but with hiring agency staff, hiring vans, shelling overtime like its Christmas and not forgetting the top executives helping themselves to more shares, I don't believe in a word Si & Co are saying that theres no more cash in the pot.

I would like to know what are goals are. I understand that we want more than 2% but how much.
Later starts and annualised hours, are we totally against these or are we fighting for the proposals to be watered down.

Whatever we can get without strings and recompense for anything else and help or assistance for anything other circumstances NOW! Don't think Simon does weekends or a full week of work!
