At peak return time?IloveMYredTROLLEY! wrote: ↑16 Aug 2022, 15:52I could understand a free promo until around end of October, but to continue being a free promo during the busy period from Black Friday until beyond Xmas is lunacy.![]()
They’re not stupid, there’ll be plenty going back to Amazon, with RM claiming the return postage from them.

This still won’t make people use it to send their own parcels. Don’t know why RM keep trying to push it, clearly people don’t want to use it.
The only things I’m collecting at the minute is the odd Amazon return…. probably because Amazon are paying for it as a free return….and that’s why the customers aren’t in when I try and collect it ….because they haven’t paid for it!

We were told months ago this parcel collect malarkey has been a complete failure & this was the last throw of the dice, it cost millions to roll out just like the failed "Watch & Win"

Free to send a parcel and picked up and delivered that day.
Yet 95p for a stamp on a card or letter and it sits in a frame for days on end.

Losing a million a day but the company can afford to pick up work for nothing.

I think you have spectacularly missed the point nvmyellowbelly wrote: ↑16 Aug 2022, 15:19Wrong PDA? If you're working as a pair and your partner has the collection on their PDA but it's you collecting it, before you
go out just scan their DELIVERY route through Manage Parcel Collect on your PDA and the item will then appear for collection on your PDA. It will
clear off your PDA when you collect it but will still be on theirs but it clears overnight.

Nick Landon says it’s been a huge success - then why are you giving 6 months for free then?
Huge success would warrant charge for such a successful, enterprising idea, wouldn’t it?

Ok, I know were talking about the service itself but obviously I'm being thick - please explain what you mean by the wrong PDA......JKSmudge wrote: ↑16 Aug 2022, 19:03I think you have spectacularly missed the point nvmyellowbelly wrote: ↑16 Aug 2022, 15:19Wrong PDA?
