Re: IHR advice
Yes all done. Its not really the outcome I wanted ,I would rather be in work than be suffering with my mental health.Ive worked all my life and now I can't. Don't get me wrong g I'm glad of the money and glad I'm not at RM now.wrongturn wrote: ↑11 Aug 2022, 09:14glad u got outcome u wanted at last ! did this follow your final OH call with Doctor ? Waited for phone call Thursday 8.30 very anxious but I had support with me.At 8:16 had text saying its cancelled and OH had been unable to get hold of me.My rep not happy ,my manager not I was fuming...So much for the support. My Dr's not happy about it.

Re: IHR advice
@wazer lucky you my friend, 7 months is not bad at all. Iv been of sick over 2 years! I suffer anxiety and depression,
I have my own carer, I’m on medications everyday and receiving counselling. Yet Royal Mail are still punishing me everyday by doing nothing at all. 2 years of torture and suffering they owe me more then the petty 34 weeks lump sum , I don’t think I will even get that.. my manager has been useless. Everything has just dragged on and on. Iv tried with union but I can’t do anything now , it’s too hard
To deal with all this .

Re: IHR advice
Update from about 4 months ago..
now received a letter from Royal Mail stating that they want to bring formal charges against me for an occurrence that happened in July 2020! I really don’t know what’s going on or what they want from me. I don’t understand why I dint receive ‘formal charges’ at that time in July 2020 when I was working! And now all of sudden when they’re told they need to sign me off from work they bringing up other stuff for no reason at all..
Is there anything I can do myself?
Write to Royal Mail HR?
