Sick leave is paid anyway so they couldnt put it down as that without paying you

Industrial Action is without pay it is not sick absence it will appear on your record of absences but will have unofficial I/A or official I/A but this will not count to your stage warnings. But what will is if they get this new sick pay conditions in their wish list with 3 absences or 12 days and NO pay for the second absence so think about what could happen!
