I’m not in the union but still want to support them and strike with them. Am i allowed to strike with them if i am not in the union?

Yes you are. Be aware though your office will know you not in the union so I would advise you to join.

It doesn't matter if you are a union member or not, you have the right to withdraw your labour.

If non-union members go on strike, they are protected from dismissal and have the same rights as union members, as long as the industrial action is lawful.

I dont want to piss people off, but I dont want to put the future of my employment or current income at risk either. Its quite a pickle as you can see from the responses on here.
