Pay increase imposed without agreement?

does anyone know when the overtime payments from the payrise is due?

You have had it TWO MONTHS ago with the back pay you would have to work a lot of OT to be paid any extra they are talking of clawing it back from those who do no overtime ie less than one hour a week.

Anyone thinking strike action will help us might be sadly mistaken I’m afraid. You can guarantee Royal Mail already have a solid case ready to go in court to scrap our ballot. The Cwu won’t realise until it’s too late.

The pictures the union have posted of meetings inside depots and offices has made me uneasy since they started posting them a month or so ago. I have a feeling that will come back to bite us on the bum. By all means photos of gate meetings but photos inside depots just seems silly - I can’t find the document but I’m sure there is one that says no photos/filming inside RM property.

Does that mean the end of RMTV!!
