Unagreed Revsisions?

Post by smok3y666 »

Not sure what this is. Posted about 45 mins ago on WP

Yet more confirmation that RM is led by union bashers. 556 table top revisions and 50 structural revisions are being implemented without agreement and they are linking the unagreed parcel hubs into this process. It looks to me that they will be trying to force some our delivery colleagues to a later start within weeks. Just part of their agenda to destroy the CWU

I would have though any revision activity will go straight to disagreement :hmmmm

They can change what they like but if it works or not is another matter.

I think they maybe a strike update next tue.

Yes with an agreed revision process. This is not it.

I presume (hope) that these unagreed revisions will be implemented without any input from union reps or members. We'll see how good RM managers actually are (and so will the CEO).

Been in the job over 30 years and can see this easily becoming the most bitter dispute in all that time. They want to destroy the job and seem quite prepared to do it by executive action. In terms of trust I can’t see any coming back from this. They are not interested in discussions or agreements or mutual benefits. Their whole attitude stinks of “we know best, we’re going to do what we want, if you don’t like it there’s the door”

This union needs to get its head out of its arse and get the strike dates out, stop wasting time and bloody get on with it. All this waiting for talks the company can’t be trusted been proven time and time again
