And why do half the team get them and half the team do not ?
I have 6x SA's early in the morning, is this included ?
Thanks for your help.
DO staff get a Delivery Supplement, MC staff (Processing) get a Processing Supplement, I'd assume that Distribution staff get their own equivalent

How can they put in extra summer annual leave and no lapsing in the summer when running with the number of vacancies that they do? Cloud cuckoo land.....kazardaimenu wrote: ↑30 Jul 2022, 18:15This was the most egregious letter I've had through my door since TV licencing. If someone orders something online they don't need me to be working til 6pm the next day to deliver it. Zero summer lapsing but more apparently more annual leave during that period, working 10-6 in the winter... Thompson does not live in the real world.

Pieoftheday.
If you prep D2D leaflets into your frame and deliver them, you will get paid the Delivery Supplement.
Its currently £26.61 per week.
I also get a PBS/ICS Supplement of £1.16 per week, which was a productivity bonus from about 12 years ago for our office when we saved money. But i don't know why we still get it today.

The delivery supplement has nothing to do with D2D.If you prep D2D leaflets into your frame and deliver them, you will get paid the Delivery Supplement.
It's one of the greatest communication failures of the union that this myth still survives.

One of the greatest failures of the Union was giving us a delivery supplement.
I never understood what was wrong with having a separate payment for delivering the D2Ds (pre-delivery supplement) anyway
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

Call me a cynic, but I think it suited the union to have people believe that falsehood rather than them realise we dont get paid any extra at all now for door to doors.Woody Guthrie wrote: ↑01 Aug 2022, 17:08The delivery supplement has nothing to do with D2D.If you prep D2D leaflets into your frame and deliver them, you will get paid the Delivery Supplement.

The Delivery Supplement is there to plug the hole in your pay that once was filled by the money you got claiming for D2D. It's a payment for not getting paid for D2D. There, that should clear thingsAcca Dacca wrote: ↑01 Aug 2022, 18:37Call me a cynic, but I think it suited the union to have people believe that falsehood rather than them realise we dont get paid any extra at all now for door to doors.Woody Guthrie wrote: ↑01 Aug 2022, 17:08The delivery supplement has nothing to do with D2D.If you prep D2D leaflets into your frame and deliver them, you will get paid the Delivery Supplement.
