Re: Offices 'officially' in trouble?
What is set criteria for Delivery Offices coming onto this list? Our office has been in dire straits over last 5days and work is only building up, so no signs of improving atm.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Is it wrong that every time I look in this thread there is a pang of hope that I'll see our local DO's?

Re: Offices 'officially' in trouble?
I think the benchmark was quoted somewhere on this thread, it’s got to be pretty bad for a number of days to be shamed on this list.ted_e_bear wrote: ↑27 Jul 2022, 18:33
We're doing quite well then failing bits of a few so probably would be equal to a full walk, looks like it's quite difficult to get into the shitest office list.
Anyone know what’s happening in Stevenage, have they just had a revision?

Re: Offices 'officially' in trouble?
Ah yes I think I remember it now, something along the lines of the same duty not going out for 3 days, iirc someone said on here that their manager instructed them to report different random duties so they kept in the clear.Clappedoutpostie wrote: ↑27 Jul 2022, 21:11I think the benchmark was quoted somewhere on this thread, it’s got to be pretty bad for a number of days to be shamed on this list.ted_e_bear wrote: ↑27 Jul 2022, 18:33

My walk partner been off this week. I’m back on double mail and doing alternate round each day and other rounds packets. Our SECOND revision since last October coming in this weekend too. Yayyyy. More chaos.

Ah like managers gathering around a PC and working out which walks they can put the O/T on because the worst walks have maxed out!ted_e_bear wrote: ↑28 Jul 2022, 06:23iirc someone said on here that their manager instructed them to report different random duties so they kept in the clear.

Units that report three consecutive days of 30% of DPs failing USO gets you on the list and public RM service disruption website. Then you need three consecutive days below 30% to get off the list (well below and back to stable USO).
It is on the first page.
