Yes Space so the customer (the sender) wants the parcel delivering as per the mantra 'First time every time' so
the customer (sender) will want the postie to wait a few seconds while the recipient gets the front door key, otherwise
the customer (sender) will give their business to Yodel/Hermes/DPD and guess what, that'll affect the MC's too.

If you want to start a thread about who the customer is, there's plenty of old threads where it's been discussed to death.

Over a walk them seconds are going to add up and you'll get just as many if not more people not getting their parcels when the postie cuts off.

It won't have any affect on MCs, we'll just cut down on the number of casuals that get used.

Delivery time slot estimates are bound to happen at some point. RM must literally be the only company that doesn't offer that. Just about every company you can see on a map where the delivery person is once they're within a certain number of deliveries from yours, then you can make sure that the door is unlocked and you're ready

They already do offer delivery timeslot estimates, we don't get told about them though, it's a window around the usual delivery time.

Got singled out for yellow dots when they checked our walk and 3 were down to gates being down at rail crossings, camp site blockages at the entrance due to caravans booking in, side door jamming shut , queueing at petrol station , meal relief and PDA Issues
