I can’t understand why anyone is on it either. I only know of 1 person at ours who is on it and only know he is as apparently he made an observation about our office on there and was dragged in the DOMS office for a bollocking the next morning for daring to speak the truth.

well yes these people dont want to hear any of the s**t that goes on in the real world , as everything is rosy in there world as we are lucky to have a job , all overpaid , all lazy ,and then he has the fxxxxxg cheek to blame the staff for failed revisions ? they where the ones who was railroading through to please the shareholders which the staff who do the job was telling them that they wasnt doable , but that didnt matter and then they give shareholders £400m and told them everything was rosy and then they go on about TRUST , and they failed christmas and it boils my piss

I don't know if I am crazy, but with Royal Mail's huge network in place.... why can't we become an Amazon within the UK?

Why can't we do retail as well? too much risk trying to compete with Amazon?, too much risk in annoying our customers by taking their customers?

If you wanted to massively increase Royal Mail's profits this is the way to do it, but maybe the risk is too high.

Right now, all that Royal Mail sell is merchandise like novelty stamps.

Not sure if was u, but someone mentioned we could sell Parcel boxes. We could even put barcodes in them to link them with pda when we delivered to them. There’s so much more RM could do with their network.

Because I just want everyone out there to understand that there is absolutely no way at all that royal mail as a company would ever recruit anybody in this company, particularly at the most senior levels that does not care about people, because it's the people here that make the company magical and I just wanted to hear that from me. and by the way, it's true, it's not today's sort of spin it's true, it's absolutely true.

Just a word to the wise Si bud, if you surround yourself with c***s then that is hardly going to give you a broad spectrum of humanity from which to draw from. And I am aware I have not met each and every board member, but those I have do NOT come across as anything other than thugs and smiling assassins. Bullshitting gaslighting flimflam merchants whose interests do NOT reflect any concern for the workforce beyond the depth of s**t that we can drag them out of.
If those are examples of the management you claim care about people (their loved ones nowithstanding) then you are either
A) bereft of any sense of compassion yourself
B) sadly lacking as a judge of character as they're pulling the wool over your eyes
C) you'd say anything but your prayers
