Re: LDC Comms on Pay Dispute
I was thinking about this abit yesterday. I can see a deal along the lines of 3 or 4% being offered plus time off the working week. If so much time is allegedly “being made” it makes sense for them to offer a shorter week, it’s cost neutral for the business and would improve the productivity levels. I know time off the week wouldn’t be popular with some.

They can't even take THE HOUR off the week nevermind even more hours but I think thats what annualized hours is all about shifting acctual weeks.

Work to rule is a load of s**t they don't care if the mail doesn't go out and so is 1 day strikes lol
If we're going to go down this line it needs to be an all out strike no pissing about.
Anyway the amount of days you'll lose in pay will be a far bigger loss than what they'll ever pay ya!

Working at Royal Mail is not modern day slavery.
