Should be no strings attached like Terry said we just want a pay rise for all our members due to cost of living , personally I cannot wait to leave RM 34 years give me VR tomorrow and am gone I fear for the future of the young people in this company they have lost touch with the people who have given most of their life to this company . We spend best part of our life in Work worked through covid and what thanks do we get we give you a pay rise but yes big BUT, not unless you agreed to the strings attached well RM get it out in the open and tell you workforce what your after . As has been said before can we afford not to strike. JUST LET THEM WALK ALL OVER US. nobody is getting it easy but lie down now an we are truly fu...d. hopefully cwu will stick by a no strings payrise but we shall wait an see. think if they back down now members will leave in their 1,0000s.
