I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Almost 18 minutes of bluff and bluster, Super Si must be laughing his head off (or getting someone else to do it for him).
Terry could have summed the situation up in four words, "not effing good enough".

Royal Mail
failing the workforce, failing the public and deliberately failing mail on a daily basis for too many years.

Seems yet again all blow and no go. The CWU has lost its Mojo. All the other major trade unions have already secured pay deals, but they do not subscribe to partnership and no strike agreements.

If they screw this up this time I will give myself a pay rise and leave the Union. I want, at the very least a deal that keeps up with inflation, anything less is betrayal.

My dear old dad, god rest his soul, always used to say "The higher up the Union ladder you go, the nearer to management you get".guardianangel wrote: ↑22 Apr 2022, 05:39The union never learn, sometimes i have my suspicions they are in it together.

Re: LIVE: Hot off the press update on Royal Mail Group Pay
Seen a publication today showing the intention of Royal Mail with pay talks.
A condition yet again want efficiency savings.
This time it is larger parcels during the week and Sunday deliveries of those parcels.
This is a direct threat to our Parcel Force colleagues
Said it previously, will work five days out of seven. Sunday will just be a normal working day
