S/A or overtime?

Post by neviboss »

As a relative newbie, I started as RM employee in February 21, having been a Chrimbi.

Does S/A and O/T count towards holiday pay?

I'm on a 37hr contract, but I hit 35k gross this week, so I'm hoping I will have qualified for holiday pay.

Overtime - Yes - as long as you meet all the other requirements.

Scheduled Overtime (SA) - No.
