So the PCM is getting used on all shifts for outward and intra packets and so far no sign of any EVRs either.

This will be why they can't afford to give us any pay rise. Its all been spent on these machines that are primarily designed to reduce the labour costs involved in processing.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
