With the shares now at £3.60 will Si be filling his boots?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

From memory, the SAYE shares are not allocated to you when you make your application but when the term ends, then you have to option to either buy the shares or just cash in the money.
Maybe someone else can clarify.
There WAS a scheme where you could do that.
It allowed you to use the savings built up to buy the shares at 360p each, or withdraw your total savings instead.
The scheme that people are currently paying into via their weekly pay - for those that chose to do so - uses your weekly deductions to purchase shares, in the market, on the 15th of each month, which then go into your Equinity account.
Those that took the maximum now have 2,320 shares in addition to any free shares they might still hold
