Hi, fellow drivers!
Can I have some guidance with regards to the best route to follow from PRDC to NDC with a double decker 16'2"? I know it's 406 but there is a low bridge when you get access to M1. Should I go up on A5 and join M1 north at junction 4? Or there is another option?.

Should be given a route if you ask before you leave. Plenty of free truck nav apps where you can put your vehicle height in aswell. I would go up and over the 406 when you depart and do a full 360 on the Brent flyover and join the m1 j1. I'm sure the regular drivers would come along shortly and give you the correct advice

Most drivers use A40 to M25.

You can drive up the A406 over the flyover to the A41 slip , around the roundabout and back towards M1 slip on other side . No props with bridge then!
