I have a query regarding my average annual leave pay last year from April to September. In July I had 2 weeks A/L and 10 days quarantine unpaid (my family live in Europe) and didn’t do any OT that month. But the other 5 months I worked a total of approx 110 hours, but was told I wouldn’t be eligible for any extra payment because I didn’t do any overtime in July. Is this correct?
Another question regarding reserves and constantly being given Monday or Tuesday off and very few long weekends. As Monday and Tuesday are shorter days, this would mean that we end up working more than our contract hours each week. Is there any policy regarding this and can we claim the extra hours worked at the end of the year?
Also, is there anyone else apart from Manager/Union Rep who I could email or speak to regarding my questions?

Yes you are correct in thinking if you have a 4(ish) week period where you haven't done minimum 8 hrs overtime for whatever reason, then you miss out totally, irrespective of how much you have done the other 5 months.
Any discrepancies with your hrs need to be sorted on the same week. If you are 30 hrs, you need to discuss with your manager, your concerns regarding longs and shorts. Would probably be best suggesting 6 hrs a day whatever day it is . ?
Don't leave it to drag on though, you'll never get the hrs owed back.

i'm amazed how many reserves let them get away with this practice ,
don't let them fob you off saying it will even itself out over the weeks ahead,
you need to agree a plan and get paid the overtime you are currently doing for free that week (this will also help your average holiday pay)
or whatever rota is used in general for your office, lets just say 6wk rota is up you get a free saturday off plus any excess paid in overtime,
as said above, nothing will get backdated and will keep going on until it's agreed,
mention it now and start to log all your days off and get your rep in on it too.
