RMDCP charges

I'm hoping someone might be able to help. I'm looking to find the total charges for the RMDCP. I've found the latest charges for each fund that you can invest in

Do these include Scottish Widows charge and if not what is it that they charge?

I can only direct you to the notes on the photo you've provided. They seem to indicate the charges include both the fund managers and SW's charges.
