Wage Deduction ?

Post by Blue Moses »

Apologies if this has been asked before but my wages today contained a -£22.90 deduction which is listed as PSE Adj RMDCP MIN.

Does anybody know what this refers to as I have no idea ?
Thankyou.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Depending on your age they have to "auto-enroll" you every few years iirc. If you mean "took it" as in 65+ in age and you're still working, that's frankly beyond me.

Being automatically enrolled back into a workplace pension
If a worker opts out or stops paying into the workplace pension their employer has a duty to automatically
enrol them back into their pension scheme at regular intervals, usually every three years. This is to give
those workers who have stopped saving into a workplace pension the opportunity to reconsider their
fnances and pension saving options. They can choose to stay in this time or opt out again.
