In theory, there should be a revision every year as we drop to 35 hours for full timers. Whether that results in repicks everywhere is probably down to a multitude of factors, not least local agreements.

So is this normally the time when its best chance to step up in hours, as currently am only part time with less than 20 hours per week, or is it more of a way of the mail center to claw back hours?

Did your PT'ers get the pay rise though? Did any FT'ers drop down to 37hrs?

Usually yes. Dropping full timers hours should result in more duties and/or a rise in hours for part timers.

I heard that alot of the processing work from YDC will be going to Warrington, but that driver numbers would remain the same at YDC, presumably this will mean a lot more duties taking in Warrington, so a revision will come.
Presumably this will not be doable until Warrington is fully usable
