Look at the increases from their current hourly rate to what they'll be getting, its a fair rise. Union are you watching this? We want £1 an hour increase!

That's 8%. It would be nice but not very realistic.

They will some advantage as those rises will come before National Insurance Increase
We wont !!
As somebody said on here recently Company will drag talks out until November-and we settle for less re it back-dated
So in real terms Rise will be minimal unless it is around 7/8% and we all know it wont be
we due to lose around £10/13 I think a month
Revisions got done in record time But pay deal NO CHANCE

If we want any chance of getting a good pay deal before the cost of living skyrockets then Terry Pullinger needs to be removed like yesterday. We can’t have this compromised numbskull in these negotiations.

I don't!

And imho anyone who does is naive. The union continue to sell off our working conditions for pay rises. Simply isn't worth it.

If money is the goal, why be a postie

Might not be popular, but they really need to bring back some sort of driving allowance.

You’ve also considered leave entitlement, sick pay, pension, job security etc. etc ?
